It was truly a beautiful hotel exudes with warmth and comfort. Every corner, furniture, decor was really beautiful and artistic. We love to come back and our relation officer Ms. Annaelle was lovely and charming. It's really a cozy stay and the spa was icing on the cake. We had a relaxing time and the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day walking around the city. Gorgeous and it was also a memorable stay as they did decorated the room with petal of roses and a box of candy celebrating our anniversary! Merci beacoup. J'adore!

The entire property was spotless, with impeccable attention to cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas. The highlight was definitely the top-notch facilities, especially the luxurious spa—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return!

Location is perfection for shopping and site-seeing, but with Hotel Norman being tucked away you are offered quiet away from the crowds of the Champs-Élysées. The Concierge, Adrian is a gem with knowledgeable insights on city and setting up reservations. Hôtel Norman is Parisian home away from home.

The room upgrade was a delightful surprise, and the spacious, well-maintained room with a view of the Eiffel Tower was just perfect. The location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, made it easy to explore the city. The overall coziness and 5-star quality of the hotel made me wish I could have stayed longer.

The location is superb! The hotel makes you feel in the 80’s, its style is amazing and nostalgic. Classical modern. The beds weren’t bad but not the best. There is tourist fee added upon checkout per guest almost 12 euro. Hotel has working AC, toilet is spacious however the shower water pressure isnt strong.
